The second quarter seminar for VBJJ students was an all day event, with new ranks, celebrating and awesome techniques!
Techniques
Developing the butterfly guard for all ranks began with a guard transfer to butterfly, then to elevator sweeps to shin and X guard variations to sweep, to the William Vandry patented Zapruder leglock submission!
